I rely on my scanner a lot. In my job I need to have things scanned and do not need A breakdown

I recommend this for anyone buying a printer. Dealing with geek squad is much easier than dealing with the manufacturer's warranty.

This was definitely worth buying . It gives you confidence that if anything happens you are covered

This is the second time, that I am disappointed with the geek squad service. I went to the store, after speaking to a member from the geek squad to pick up my new computer. They did not inform me I had to sign up for a number to be serviced. I arrived and waiting around as my representative, ignored me too busy with another customer. It was late in the evening. Another customer walked in and after I had waited for approx. 30 mins on line, he took the customer that had just arrived before me because he had a number and I did not. This was very upsetting, I was not informed of this process and it was getting later. I had my child with me, she was restless, it was a school night, and I expected to have been serviced as I came in because I spoke with the representative, he did not say you will have to wait, or you should take a number so we can service you correctly. When I interupted him to ask him what was happening, he was even ruder than ignorning me. I was even more upset and cancelled my purchase.

These guys are very helpful if you ever need someone to turn to

I purchased this protection, as I always do with my technology that I get at Best Buy. Had some trouble with the printer not connecting to the computer, and they said they could help. I would have to purchase a protection plan, and that mine didn't cover this. First time I have EVER had trouble with my Geek squad! They have always helped me in the past when my printer and computer were not connecting, and for some reason, this time they wouldn't.

I won’t go without a Geek Squad protection plan. It paid for itself the first time they fixed my PC.

I never have trouble with the Agents and they are professional

I buy the extra warranty on everything I purchase at Best Buy. If it pays off even only once, it’s more than worth it.
