They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life, and you will be prevented at every attempt to actually USE your plan when the product breaks in less than a year.

They kept it for little two weeks and gave it back tome with same problem. I took suggestion of the employee to buy another TV to use during the down time. They told me there wouldn't be a problem in returning it. They were partially right. I was able to return it but they charged me 20% restocking fee

I thought that's what I was paying for. Well, I am paying for that help why pay more?

A year later and they won't help me unless I pay them more money. What a scam! I won't be buying anything from Best Buy again and I definitely won't be paying for Geek Squat again!

Geek squad is trying to renew..

I keep getting messages that it will be renewed..I want to cancel renewal. I can't seem to check this request and insure that you do not renew this contract...I am downsizing and can no longer afford to have this..Why do I keep getting messages that they will automatically renew??

Not great for pictures because it will print with a boarder. This printer is a boarder photo printer as told by an HP specialist. Meaning you do not have the option to printer pictures with no boarders.
