Posted .Hi Jipped – I apologize that you were unable to use the second year of your 2-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. It sounds like the product needed to be replaced before the full term of the plan was up. Under the Terms and Conditions of our plans, when a product is replaced the plan is fulfilled and if you want a new plan on the replacement product you would have to buy one. I’ve had them install many things and have never had a problem. They always answer my questions and explain how to use the products so that I’m never confused when using my purchased items.
