Absolutely worth the money for any product you buy. They try to fix, or send back to company. If they can't, they offer you something equal to what you have if available.

Had an issue with one of the channels of my amplifier form my subwoofer, was able to get it exchanged out in the store the same day. Definitely worth it. I know Logitech would have taken care of me too but it would have taken time. I'll definitely pay the little extra to save the time and effort (especially the waiting and shipping). Thanks best buy

I recently had to replace my controller that came with my PS4 since it was starting to show it’s age. With Geek Squad Protection it was easy to get a replacement and it didn’t take long either. I get insurance on everything because peace of mind is important to me and Geek Squad Protection is absolutely worth it!

I'm not sure how the replacement plan works, but I think that it works the way that I used it. I had bought the older version of this headset, the Logitech G230. I had a two year Geek Squad plan on it, and I went to go get it fixed/replaced at the Geek Squad center at my local BestBuy, they said they couldn't replace it, but since the wire was worn out my insurance on it could have it so I could be refunded. I got all the money on a BestBuy Store Credit card. I used the money to buy the newer version, the Logitech G430. I think I'm satisfied. :)

I always make sure I get protection on all my products because Best Buy always comes through with the plans. No matter how long you’ve have the product during its most usable lifespan which is honestly about 2 1/2 years depending on item, Best Buy is great with taking things off your hands and fixing them or replacing them!

They are always there when my wife and I need their help.

I get this protection with every big ticket item I purchase from Best Buy. It is absolutely worth the money. No hassle returns/replacements.

Always easy to get a repair or replacement when things go wrong. I love to get open box items in excellent condition and use my savings to get a warranty so I have guaranteed use for a specific number of years. In this case it was 4 years.

It's such a shame that you have to buy insurance every time you buy a new product for fear of getting a lemon. Products should meet the manufacturer's life expectancy. But Geek Squad Protection is so affordable BB makes it hard not to insure a new product.

Good price for the printer. Geek squad has alwasy been a good deal for us on our TV's so thought we would try on printer

I've had to use Geek Squad 3 times and each time has been a great experience. Having a product malfunction isn't fun but it's great to know that they have my back.

Agents were extremely helpful in explaining what went wrong. When my product couldn’t be fixed I was given a replacement. Excellent service!

Bought this protection for a printer. Within a year the printer's printing quality became horrible. I brought the printer back to the store and it was hassle free replacement of a new printer.

I love this. It mops as well as a swiffer wet jet. No a deep clean but perfect for in between your deepee mopping.

Unfortunately, we have had to use the product replacement a couple of times. We were very impressed with how easy it was each time. We were prepared for a battle when doing the first return but were pleasantly surprised when the return/exchange went very peacefully. Thanks!

GSP the way too go if a problem arise no worries save the email receipt or paper copy Best Buy does the rest nice treatment of after sale service no buyers remorse like many companies do nowadays to get out of keeping you happy we need loyalty and great service before and especially after the sale respect Best Buy you guys alsways have what I need want and didn’t even know I neede etc

The product replacement is an absolute must have for all parents who buy gaming or electronic products! I've had to use it several times to replace headphones, gaming remotes, etc. I feel absolutely relieved that when something stops working that I can bring it back with no problems, and not pay full price for another one.
