    I never leave the store without my Best Buy Geek Squad Product Replacement coverage... and it has paid off HUGE for me! The peace of mind alone is worth it but actually receiving the benefit of a replacement or store credit, no questions asked, for a product that just didn't fit the bill is well worth it!! Just do it!!

    Agents were extremely helpful in explaining what went wrong. When my product couldn’t be fixed I was given a replacement. Excellent service!

    If you need them, don't call the store, because they will give you a 1-800 number to call. If they can't take care of it over the phone quickly they will want to send out a tech which will cost you $$$. Best thing to do is take it back to where you bought it and let them fix it or replace it in store. that way it costs you nothing. It is worth it to have the insurance and it doesn't cost much so always go ahead and get it.

    Pleased to have bought the product replacement on my tech products like my printer because you never know when something will go wrong. I have had products go wrong and luckily had the product replacement warranty and either had it repaired or replaced. Saved just in the headache of worrying about it if nothing else.

    Geek Squad was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were up front with the price of any repairs needed. I love the remote service when its just a software problem. I have been using it for years now & found it to be a godsend.

    iPad battery replacement

    My my 5 year old iPad Air 2 needed a new battery. Geek Squad sent it in to Apple for replacement. I ended up receiving a brand new iPad of the same model. I restored the data and everything works great. Very satisfied.

    The Geek Squad gave me directions on how to get my wireless printer set up and connected. They were very patient with me as I attempted to find "my other left."

    After getting the runaround from another gaming headset producer for a warranty replacement on a malfunctioning headset, I decided I'd buy the protection BestBuy offers - 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement for my replacement headset. Now I can simply go to my neighborhood BestBuy if there are any problems.

    Printer Warranty

    I bought a geek squad warranty on a canon printer. The print head failed 3 months after the manufactures warranty expired. The same printer was no longer in stock for exchange, Geek squad game me the full price paid as store credit for a future purchase.

    I normally don't like to buy product replacement plans but $20 seemed reasonable, especially since I've had issues with other printers in the past.

    I'm not usually the guy to recommend these plans, but on headphones (like mine), I'd like to know I'm covered for the next 2 years. Bought a refurbished set from a different vendor and they went kaputt in 3 months, all the money down the drain. This gives me the confidence that they'll be covered and for $20, well worth it!

    Love this program. I have had to use it twice and they did replace one of them. The only problem is that they give you what you paid for it and the item was not available at that price. So I had to pay more for the replacement

    Awesome service when my computer had a virus.

    My computer stopped working properly and I had work files that I needed to work on but could not access. I called Gee Squad and they were able to access my computer remotely and fixed the problem quickly! They saved all my work files and got rid of virus!
