I have not yet had to test the waters with the 2-year GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PLAN, but the fact that it's there has allowed me just enough confidence to continue trying to keep the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 it is insuring, even though I've already gone through 2 in 2 weeks under the standard 15-day replacement program.

Pleased to have bought the product replacement on my tech products like my printer because you never know when something will go wrong. Very good machine and saves you a lot of money, the only thing I don't like is it does't print exactly the colors you see in your screen. I've changed the shades within a single color and the printed result is the same.

I don’t always get protection on purchases but on larger items like printers I do. It has been neurotically because printers tend to go out after 2-3 years.

its good i was upset coz of Noobie Manager in Paramus NJ , but i love this service.... anyway i reverse what i said against company but this Manager has to go... Best Buy stay with us and hire better managers with better understanding
