You can't go wrong with buying this Protection Plan! I now buy it with EVERY purchase since my 70" TV screen went out. They came out within 24 hours to replace it!

I always buy qeek squad with almost every elecronic we buy. There very helpful and do there best to fix my items if they can't they will replace it or if they dont longer have the item they give you store credit as long you have warrenty with them.

I wasn't going to get the plan but everything in my house is from Best Buy and everything that I've bought from Best Buy has a 2 year replacement plan on it. I had a problem with my Iphone earlier and learned the hard way. Say whattttttt. It was worth buying. Compare $40 to paying $300.00, you do the math !!!!!

So convenient to be able to replace my printer if it breaks. Cuz printers are always breaking for some reason.

The agents are considerate enough of my needs in mounting the tv

This plan is very good but I kind of liked the protection plans that were available before, before the protection plans were for accidental damage and for when the hard drive are the system crashes and you can bring it in for repair, now the plans are separate and it cost twice as much.

Two-year geek squad product replacement is a no-brainer for a couple dollars more your product is guaranteed for two years.We all know the possibilities of our children or even us dropping an item or spilling something on it so to protect your valuable item I feel this is well worth it's Weight in gold

Unless it's cheap enough just to replace something, just get the warranty of geek squad, especially if its computer related, because then they will help you for all types of stuff not just because you dropped your camera or mac in the ocean.

Pretty good so far. No issues. Hopefully will not need it.

Literally the best thing you could have. I just got a brand new printer on sale and saved a couple dollars because I had a warranty.

If you buy something that you know has a tendancy of being replaced within a couple of years and do NOT get a service plan, then you are spending way too much money. If you use a keyboard everyday, they don't last long. A two year service plan doesn't sound like a lot but it is WORTH IT.

Returned this item thinking it was the problem and come to find out it was the splitters in the cable. While I was there they couldn't test it so they replaced it with a new one. Plus it was on sale during the replacement and they gave me in store credit for the difference. Thank You Best Buy/Geek Squad!!!

Nice to have the geek square to repair my purchases should it be needed. Fast, quality service

It is comforting to have this coverage knowing that in the event of a printer failure I won’t have to purchase a replacement.

The squad mounted my 75 inch Samsung, hid the cables, showed me how to move or swivel the tv set up the soundbar, bass and satellite . They went thru a tutorial so I was ready to watch tv. The tv looks suspended on the wall and sound is like a theater

I have bought these Product Replacements a few times from Best Buy, and really only had to use it one time, when a video camera broke. It was so easy at Best Buy to get a new camera. And, I was allowed to get a different model. Thank you, Best Buy!

I always get the extended warranty when I purchase an item that is a little pricey. I have only needed to use an extended warranty once but, when I brought my item back it was simply replaced with no issues.

Hope to never use but thrilled to know that it's there if I ever need it. I usually only buy the best after researching products for hours upon hours. After buying the product I like to get this as a peace of mind. Nothing lasts forever but at least more then 3 years, if not at least I have this.
