The equipment malfunctioned after almost 2 years and the Product Replacement plan immediately processed the Gift Card to purchase a new Foodsaver. Therefore, I always add the Replacement Plan to my purchases.

Fortunately, I don't always need that coverage (haven't for this item) but I have on several occasions, which was helpful. And it gives me peace of mind for not much cost.

The communication between the vendor and the geek squad protection seemed to be a little lacking but that could’ve been partly the vendors fault.

It was easy to connect to my home wi-fi and does not use up a lot of ink. I can print from my computer or lay copies under the cover. Very easy and dependable. Great value for the price.

Normally wouldn't consider, but when I purchased a scanner that cost more than my laser printer I want to feel confident I would be replace in the event something went wrong with it.

They take the time to explain what needs to be done and when your computer is returned, they explain what was done. They take the time to see if you have any questions and they are so sincere.
