I always buy qeek squad with almost every elecronic we buy. There very helpful and do there best to fix my items if they can't they will replace it or if they dont longer have the item they give you store credit as long you have warrenty with them.

I haven't had to use it yet but it's great to know that I have a backup plan in place. Well worth the price!

Unless it's cheap enough just to replace something, just get the warranty of geek squad, especially if its computer related, because then they will help you for all types of stuff not just because you dropped your camera or mac in the ocean.

Always recommend this products. I have bought protection for every item I buy. Never had an issue using it to replace an item.

I took a chance purchasing this Geek Squad service contract. My experience with laptop computers was deteriorating and I sensed I probably would need their support. I put my laptop, my wife's laptop and the laptops belonging to 2 daughters on the contract. Everyone has used it to good advantage. I've used it 3 times.

I truly hope we don't need this but if we do i am confident the Squad will take care of us.

the value of a four year guarantee is most tempting and prior services rendered by user , makes it a wise investment for continual good service of product purchased.

I always pick the geek squad protection plan with my purchases.it seems like a no-brainer, for the coverage term to keep your product in tact. Used it once on another product, and they were fantastic. No questions asked or needed and they replaced it with like kind and quality. I like the protection plan!

Plan gives peace of mind although I have not had to use it yet. I've read issues about not being able to get appointments, so we'll have to wait and see how that goes if I ever have to cross that bridge.

I always get the extended warranty and it has always paid off. Don't be fooled if you think you don't need one for any product that it is offered. Now a days, things break down, especially with electronic items. The warranty has you fully covered and you get a free replacement even at the end of the warranty.

the product did not function properly. i brought it back to the best buy store and was given a replacement. however, the replacement product did not function properly despite numerous attempts to "troubleshoot" the product via the "hewlett packard website. i just returned the product for a store credit.

We are pretty able when it comes to setting up computers and getting what we need to function but the Geek Squad was able to detect and fix a problem in a very short time. Well worth the money to get the support

Geek squad is a good service in case your device suddenly stops working also it has a good price 50$ for 4 years is amazing

Anytime I make a big purchase or a purchase of an electronic, I always opt to get this service. For the past several years I have never had a problem with Geek Squad and they're very helpful. Would highly recommend for people to pay the extra charge to receive their protection for their purchases.

Some things are worth insuring. Geek squad protection on my printer and monitors have been a saver. Do the math and if you think there's a possibility that it can break or lose its efficiency, consider spending an extra few bucks.

So glad we purchased Geek Squad protection. Item was replaced without issue.
