I feel fully protected with the 4-year Geek Squad Product Replacement plan. If anything goes wrong with my printer, I can have it replaced at no cost to me. I like having the peace of mind knowing that I have this coverage.

We bought the extended warranty for our Epson printer and it will cover the printer for anything that could happen to it. It covers printer failure to accidental damage. We feel safer just knowing our investment is protected.

It’s always good to have coverage protection for essential items. I would much rather ha e the coverage and not have to use it than to need the coverages and NOT have it at my use when needed!!!!

I always get the geek squad Service on all my high-end products and I’ve only needed to use them a couple times if they’re not able to fix it they replace it I would recommend this to everyone on your expense of products

I always get a protection plan for any large ticket items. You never know what can happen. And they are usually good at repairing or replacing when something goes wrong.

the Geek Squad protection plan is great they deliver i have donated 2 broken copiers to be refurbished and donated to a school or a business i consider their program for all service to be by far superior over the people at Square trade !!!!! YES I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD PLANS!!!

This is worth the price all day long these machines never last. If I didnt have it I would have to deal with manufacturers warranty. But because I took it out I was able to get an exchange right at the store. No hassle in and out I will always buy the protection plan.

Let's face it, anything can go wrong at any time. The question becomes do you buy warranty? Well, if that item is more than what you want to pay if your current item brakes, then yes a warranty should be considered. I have not ever had any problems with Best Buy's geek squad warranty.

Something wentwrong with Epson printer and the Geek squad replaced it no questions asked. The replacement was not the exact model I had and it costs much more. I didn't need the fax machine but it is there if I ever do need it.

It is very simple: For any electronic today, subscribing to a protection plan is necessary. I have used before and it has resolved my issues with the devices covered.

They couldn't help me. Couldn't suggest a different printer for my needs. I need to printer 11x 17 paper. They were unable to try to find me what I needed.

I love that Best Buy offers warranties for purchase. I prefer to buy from Best Buy because the ease of using their warranties is amazing! It’s easy, convenient and it’s reassuring to have a warranty just in case you need it.

4yr product replacement, for a great price. Kicks in after factory 1yr(or 2yr) and is a must. Printers break out of no where My last hp printer lasted about 9 yrs and just went out sending a fax.
