Geek squad came to my house to fix my tv under warranty they couldn't fix it so they gave me a voucher to get a new one or get refund instead i upgrade it i love their warranty

I love Geek Squad. Haven't had to use them for the printer yet, but have used them many times for our computers. They're friendly and they get done what is needed to fix the problem. I recommended them to my sister and she now uses Geek Squad and is thankful for the recommendation.

Have only needed to use it once. It was quick and painless and they did everything to correct the problem successfully.

Phone call to Geeks was quick. I had a hard time understanding first person who answered, but the local Geek was polite and listened to problem and offered solution. Am testing solution as we speak so i really won't know until 1/2 hour. So far so good. i like the promptness.

My previous headset broke twice and had to return it for repair, the second time it broke, Sound blaster said they would not fix it again even though it was in warrantee. Could not take a chance that this headset would break so I purchased the extended maintenance contract. For peace of mind

Usually don't purchase replacement for printers since prices are so low they are all but disposable these days. This printer was much more expensive so did get it this time. I found out that I had a printer go bad within the warranty period but since I did not have the replacement plan I would have paid to send it back to HP. Disappointed with Best Buy not taking it back in warranty.

Hi am very Happy that I got a Product replacement Warranty. I am also glad that my Item came with an Extended Warranty unlike when I got it from Wal-Mart. I am glad that I got this warranty and Printer.

Geek Squad is Amazing!! I have a small business and they have helped me set up virus protection on my computer. Fixed my printer issues when it wouldn't connect with my laptop. They are wonderful and patient. Well worth it.

Really like Geek Squad! My son accidentally reformatted my external harddrive. They were able to recover all the pictures and files. They came in handy a couple other times during my membership. Happy with them.

This TV is a great product, price was right and had bonus points to cash in which helped along with the interest free 6 month credit. Will continue to shop at Best Buy as long as the promos are in effect. Thank you

I am so glad I purchased this along with my new printer. There was a line printing on paper and could not remove it. Took it in to Geek Squad and they replaced the printer no questions ask. Nice! the only thing is I had to purchase a new one to cover the new replacement printer.

Value priced. Hope I never need to use it. Comforting to know that the guarantee takes the anxiety out of looking for a replacement.

They mounted my big sceen tv. Helped me install apps
