I tend to buy warranties just to be on the safe side with products especially electrical products. Thus far Best Buy has stood by their warranties when I’ve had to return product beyond the return date .

Thank you to Best Buy for offering protection plans for my more expensive electronics. I hope I never need to use it, and I have had to only in rare cases, but it’s nice to be able to pay for some peace of mind.

It’s always good to keep your products insured. I haven’t had to fix anything yet but my hope is that the tech team will be good.

Geek squad always take care of the customer problems and they are very helpful and professional

Having a geek squad is having a peace of mind knowing that your products are always covered! HP envy 5055 wireless printer is working great so far, but if it were to fail I’m covered thanks to Geek Squad

I LOVE this program! I've bought it on most products, it's such a hassle free way to replace damage or bad quality items. Provides piece of mind.

Seriously, if something is going to break down, it's usually within the first year or two. Getting a service plan on something you plan on keeping five years or more is important! And if they can't fix it, they will replace it, so, you can't lose out there, either!

i dont usually buy warranty for my products but best buy offers the best protection plans for your investments, if you are buying a game disc or movies on disc i dont recommend it, but if you are getting electronics such laptops, cellphones, etc i suggest getting the protection plan

We had a printer with a small broken piece. We had purchased the Geek Squad Replacement. When I returned it, it couldn't have been easier, just dropped it off and picked up the replacement. It took me longer to walk into the store than to get the replacement and go.

The staff was very helpful in finding the product I need. My device is working very well. The agent was very professional. Wearing masking per CDC guidelines. Install my product and product is working well.

I always liked the Best Buy coverage policy. It’s pretty simple...bring the defected one and take a new one if they can’t fix it. I am very happy with how they do it seamlessly except one incident when they had some issues finding my receipts in the Best Buy account for a particular item and I stayed there for over an hour to resolve it.

There is very little I purchase at Best Buy and don't get the Geek Squad protection, probably the best thing you can do to protect your purchase. They are always accommodating and I have never had a problem getting something replaced or fixed. Woodbridge store rocks.

Having product protection is a must, geek squad service will get you squared away.

HyperX headphones I purchased had a bad speaker. They replaced the speaker at no cost, but still had issues. They were able to replace the The headphones with a brand new one (newer model) at no additional cost, and they even threw in another warranty for free!

Planned obsolescence, you name it...things go wrong. Be smart. Penny wise and dollar foolish is not for technology! Protect your investment. Best Buy stands behind its Geek Squad protection plan. And, so do I.

Haven't had to use it yet, but the piece of mind you get knowing you are covered should something happen is nice. I always like to cover big purchases just in case something unexpected and costly happens

My printer stopped working after a year and with this service I was able to get a new printer. Also, service is super for computer issues as well.

It’s my first time using this Geek Squad service. I know of others who swear by the Geek Squad, so I don’t doubt it will be most beneficial!
