Great service would not purchase any items without having this extra protection

Protection plans are worthwhile. I buy one with each computer, printer, and appliance. There have been some instances when they were used. Once it covered a replacement printer.

I've had great service at the Muncie Best Buy. Everyone has been knowledgeable and helpful.

Geek squad is always available to help with knowledge and advise.

I consider $20 for a 2 year full protection plan for a printer to be a great deal. I don't usually buy the protection plans, but this just seemed like it would be worth the money since unfortunately printers can sometimes have problems and are difficult/impossible to fix.

I always get the replacement insurance. I’ve used it many times over the years. I was thankful to have had it.

I always get this when I purchase an electronic from best buy I've only ever had one problem with something and when I did I wss was able to get the upgraded version of the product and still have enough money from the warranty to gut another warranty on the new one

I get the protection plan for different types of items. It give me a sense of security for "large ticket items". I also find it useful for items that I know that my kids are "hard" on (.e.g USB headset). I have found that getting items replaced has been hassle-free.

It’s always good to keep your products insured. I haven’t had to fix anything yet but my hope is that the tech team will be good.

If you add this to your item and anything (other than it being in two pieces) happens to it, they will give you a credit of how much you paid and you can get whatever else you want with it!

Im happy that I purchased this protection plan. I got a refurbished printer, so I was nervous about that, but knowing that its protected and supported made me feel comfortable buying this.

I trust Geek Squad. I made a mistake when I bought my laptop. I did not purchase Geek Squad protection at time of purchase so I had to pay extra. From now on time of purchase is when I will get Geek Squad. They did a bang up job fixing my computer problem.

To date, I have had no problem with the monitor except that the tab over the CD cover came apart months ago, which gives me a problem when I try to download music. I should bring it back.
