It's a great printer/scanner/faxer/emailer. So many options on this printer it's so helpful for school and work so i am very grateful for geeksquad if anything ever does happen.

Have used before. Just bring back to Best Buy and exchange.

It’s been a great piece of mind! If it’s worth buying it’s worth protecting

I have only used this for my Dell Computer and they don't know how to install memory on a laptop that I bought from Best Buy less than a year and they told me it was too old. I am speaking of the Geek Squad in Washington, DC, Columbia Heights.

Basically you pay for the coverage and if something happens to it, best buy replaces it and you can buy the coverage again for the next product. Just like car insurance, an added expense but nice to have when needed.

I just have it there Not used yet Let’s see how it does later on

I buythese pland for anything over $150.00 and when I have to use them, I am happy with the replacement service. I only use them 20% of the time though before they end.

I usually pick up the product replacement when I buy a product on the more expensive side as an insurance against damage. I have not had any bad experiences when it comes to replacing a damaged device.

Always a must! They help TREMENDOUSLY so! I would be lost with this warranty service

Im happy that I purchased this protection plan. I got a refurbished printer, so I was nervous about that, but knowing that its protected and supported made me feel comfortable buying this.

Great Service with Irene. Gave easy to follow directions and was satisfied with the end result.

To date, I have had no problem with the monitor except that the tab over the CD cover came apart months ago, which gives me a problem when I try to download music. I should bring it back.

I always get the geek squad protection on my electronics purchases. Well worth the cost.

I was not going to spend the $10, but i saved so much money on the printer,i figured why not. Plus, the fact, it would cost more to ship within the 1st year back to HP with the 1 year I have with them. it is easier to bring it back to best buy, should i have any issues.

Haven't had to use, but will if need be. Better safe then sorry.

I love the fact that I have 4 years instead of 30 days to be able to replace whatever I need when I purchase my products

Had an issue with a printer I purchased the previous year went to the store not knowing what to expect..had the Geek Squad warranty ..left the store within 10 min with a new printer anf a gift card..EXCELLENT..service..couldn't believe the customer service..
