I trust Geek Squad. I made a mistake when I bought my laptop. I did not purchase Geek Squad protection at time of purchase so I had to pay extra. From now on time of purchase is when I will get Geek Squad. They did a bang up job fixing my computer problem.

I always get this when I purchase an electronic from best buy I've only ever had one problem with something and when I did I wss was able to get the upgraded version of the product and still have enough money from the warranty to gut another warranty on the new one

Used the service twice for installation in my house. One time for in store repair of a laptop and will be having them out 2 more times to install a speaker and wall mount a TV

I consider $20 for a 2 year full protection plan for a printer to be a great deal. I don't usually buy the protection plans, but this just seemed like it would be worth the money since unfortunately printers can sometimes have problems and are difficult/impossible to fix.

Every time the agents/technician went to my house they been gentles and professional. They always answered to my doubts and search for a solution to the problem. I really recommends Puerto Rico’s Agents Teams.

I get the protection plan for different types of items. It give me a sense of security for "large ticket items". I also find it useful for items that I know that my kids are "hard" on (.e.g USB headset). I have found that getting items replaced has been hassle-free.

Bought a new computer as a gift for my dad's 85th Birthday. Was a big upgrade from the older Dell he had for the last 7 years. Know he can surf the internet faster and loves the Windows 10 - he was thrilled!!

I haven’t needed it this time but it has been a lifesaver in the past.

My Granddaughter connected my Smart TV with the Remote Control and Alexa for me. I am really enjoying them

All I know is that "if it can break, my house can break it!" Always have a Geek Squad Warranty with all my products from Best Buy, I have to use only once and they couldn't have been more helpful. My advise is to get it when you buy a product there.

Bought for wife’s laptop. Had to replace mother board which was fully covered. Great investment on the more expensive electronics or devices you purchase.

I personally always get the protection plans because if something were to happen they always replace the item because you got the protection plan for a new one so definitely get it people

Printer working flawless. Hopefully won't need the protection, but nice to know its there!

4 year plan is better than having nothing at all. It helps.

I purchased the warranty because my previous 2 printers only lasted about 3 years. I thought the warranty was worth in the event I need it within the next 4 years. I've used Geek Squad services for other purchases and have generally been satisfied.

This is by far the best printer we have bought. Also came with ink replacement service. The printer communicates with the provider a d we get new ink by mail before we completely run out.
