Grear printer except my printer leaks ink when printing. I'm looking to get a replacement so hopefully the doesnt leak.

They qre helpful and why not protect a big purchase

Despite paying for an extended warranty and Geek Squad coverage, it was impossible to make an appointment online for anything but an apple product. Two chats resulted in zero help and them sending me online to make an appointment or scheduling an in-home appointment for $100 (for a $150 printer) even though we paid for extended coverage. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to make an in store appt.

They fixed my problem with efficiency and no hassle

Might as well get it. Never know when you may need it.

I like having a warranty on this printer just in case.

The extension kit was needed but not part of my new diswasher. The men using it didn't know and now have some issues with my sprayer hose on my sink since they wound the new kit around underside.

I have not used it yet but it was pricey when I could have bought the $49 per year deal with more features

So, you have a problem with your all-in-one printer? You purchased an extended warranty to help you just in case you find yourself needing help with troubles with your printer. Don’t bother getting the warranty. Best Buy will NOT honor help without a $99.99 service fee then any additional charges. You cannot make an appointment, you cannot bring it into the store. They might be able to come to your home, in about 4-1/2 months. Ridiculous!

4yr Geek Squad Product Replacement. Absolutely the worst support available. Chat support never picks-up and when you call support, you sit on hold 15-minutes or so, you get a non-technical person who changes their answer to match whatever you say. Ultimately they give you the option to pay for their technician to come to the house to analyze the malfunctioning product or to take it into a store (an hour drive away).

It took more than 1 visit and had to ask for a store manager who was helpful. Without him it would have been awful. The previous staff was better.
