The Greek squad extended warranty is totally worth it if it is something you use frequently and has some mechanics to it

Bought an HP printer and the Geek Squad warranty, as it was my understanding that if it couldn’t be fixed it would be replaced by a new one, and if that wasn’t manufactured anymore, one that was it’s “replacement “. Well, they gave me the money back for the printer bought less than a year ago( so, still under manufacture ‘s warranty) and didn’t return the money for the warranty itself, saying I used the warranty. True, but the printer was bought on sale and I can’t find one for that price anymore. So, all said and done, I wasted $35 and have no printer.

The 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan is a great plan to purchase, you never know when and if you will need it. Great customer service from Best Buy also..

Never know what goes wrong with a printer.like a Boy Scout be prepared.Hopefully I will never use the warenter.

Easy to exchange items when needed. A must on anything you plan to put to work.

I don't normally buy warranties, but I got the 2 year plan with my printer. Printers are notorious for suddenly not working, and Best Buy will cover that, so it's a no-brainer.

I cant say much about this because luckily I have not had to use it. For the price I paid it is a cheap insurance policy.

I did purchase the extended warranty just in case. So far so good on the printer. Wireless is the way to go and it stays connected so I print right off my Apple products

Worry free when you get the extended warranty from Best Buy. Anything happens take it to Best Buy store and swap it out.
