Purchased this to protect the new printer I bought to replace the last one that stopped working right after the manufacturer’s warranty expired. I didn’t buy this extra protection for that one. DOH!

I haven't had to use it (and maybe won't have to use it), however; I absolutely Love Best Buy's Product Replacement Service. I've used it on other products and have Never had an issue.

The Geek Squad is fantastic. If anything is wrong they can fix it or replace it if necessary.

i dont usually buy warranty for my products but best buy offers the best protection plans for your investments, if you are buying a game disc or movies on disc i dont recommend it, but if you are getting electronics such laptops, cellphones, etc i suggest getting the protection plan

They took care of me hassle free. My coffee maker stopped working and they worked to get me a new one quickly.

This is the best protection for all purchases. They are always very helpful and always available quickly to fix whatever is covered by warranty.

I had bought an HP officejet pro 9015 printer it was not printing right the right way so I took it back to the store and they did an exchange for me.

Works great! We love that we don’t have to worry about cartridges anymore. Did a lot of printing on it for my wedding.

I purchased this for a printer. After running into issues with my printer I’m indifferent about having purchased it. I ended up replacing my printer through the company’s warranty rather than geek squad because going through geek squad would have been a one time replacement and wouldnt have covered the new printer they would’ve issued me.

Warranties are so helpful and reliant. I suggest to always buy product warranty for anything bought at best buy. Their feel squad is very good at working with customers especially in technical complications.

I like to buy most of my tech from Best Buy because they're convenient when it comes to protection and replacement. I happened to buy a Canon PIXMA printer, and it started having problems so I just replaced it.

Keep in mind that by the time you need to replace the item it may not exist anymore in which case you get a similar item or store credit .

Dont get any better then this.. if they can't fix it or not worth fixing you get a replacement. Plus reasonable priced.

I’ve had 2 of my multiple printers go out and I would never buy another printer without buying the 2 year replacement warranty. They were great and replaced it with a new one without question.

Tricky question...why? Because the Geek Squad personnel were EXCELLENT. The WAIT to get them scheduled was NOT. So...people 5 stars...process...2 stars.

Seriously, if something is going to break down, it's usually within the first year or two. Getting a service plan on something you plan on keeping five years or more is important! And if they can't fix it, they will replace it, so, you can't lose out there, either!
