This is by far the best printer we have bought. Also came with ink replacement service. The printer communicates with the provider a d we get new ink by mail before we completely run out.

Within 5 months, I've contacted Geek a squad for multiple issues. All of which they were able to help me either via the phone, instant messenger, or even taking control of my laptop remotely! They are extremely friendly and extremely helpful! Must get!

I have only used this for my Dell Computer and they don't know how to install memory on a laptop that I bought from Best Buy less than a year and they told me it was too old. I am speaking of the Geek Squad in Washington, DC, Columbia Heights.

I love the Geek squad warranty because it is so easy. If you have a problem with your item simily give them your phone number and they will track your purchase and take care of you very quickly!

I love Bestbuy's 2yr GS protection for controller. I play fifa a lot. My left joystick becomes wobbly/unresponsive within a year. With this replacement placement I can get it replaced in store.

Used the service twice for installation in my house. One time for in store repair of a laptop and will be having them out 2 more times to install a speaker and wall mount a TV

I purchased this protection plan for my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. Should anything happen to it, I'll receive a new controller under this protection plan. Definitely worth the price of the plan.

At this time I've never had to use the at all so I can't give anything but an excellent review..I'm hoping that throughout the four years of protection I won't have a.need for them.

These guys are good they warranted my defective computer and got me an equivalent for the value difference.

I added the 2 year product replacement on a set of headphones, not once, but twice. Used it 2 times. The last time we used the credit and upgraded the head phones but still bought the 2 year replacement plan on those too! Good peace of mind.

as a consumer, this is a great coverage to have, it actually benefits the consumer more than the retailers. why? because these devices only last about two years ( mostly less than two years) trust me on this one, get it by all means, you won't be sorry!!
