The Geek Squad is great, always helps me out. When I sign on sometimes you have to wait a bit, and then they take care of it and keep you informed along the way if there is any problems.

I bought this when I bought an expensive product. The product went out of manufacturers warranty, geek squad just asked a few questions then told me to go get a new one and they swapped it out for me. No hassles defiantly worth the money!!!

My Canon Pixma MX922 had the print head malfunction and I couldn't make it work properly by just cleaning it. Brought it back to my local Best Buy and they just gave me a new one. And of course I got another Geek Squad Policy on the new one

I had the Geek Squad 2 year plan on a previous Epson printer. Had problems with it, Best Buy refunded my money no question ask. I buy the plan 2, 4 or 5 plan on higher price items. worth the money.

I bought the extended 2 year warranty for an external blu-ray player mainly because I was going to convert a few hundred discs to digital. For only $9.99, it is a steal if you plan to use the product heavily as the plan protects against wear and tear.

I just have it there Not used yet Let’s see how it does later on

I buy this with every pair of headphones I buy for my kids or that I buy and share with my kids. Basically kids + headphones = broken headphones eventually. Absolutely worth the price.

The Geek Squad was there when my screen went black. It was great knowing that I could bring it to them. They are the experts when it comes to troubleshooting and fixing issues right away!

Have used before. Just bring back to Best Buy and exchange.

While I hardly before bought extended warranties, in the past, but in today's market it almost makes sense to buy the protection plan, as it is cheap, at least for printers, no nonsense insurance, should your printer just stops on you.

Printer working flawless. Hopefully won't need the protection, but nice to know its there!

I always get the extended warranty for all my TVs and appliances from Bestbuy. I don't like the extended service of the manufacturer's. Bestbuy is just less of a headache.

I haven't needed to use this product replacement warranty. It gives me piece of mind knowing I have it if I need it.
