Geek Squad is great. They have helped me numerous times with my computer. I have called and they are always friendly and courteous.

If I purchase anything that is a bit expensive, I normally get a 2 year Geek Squad warranty. It has paid for itself over and over again. From 65" TVs to small wearable technology.

Haven't used it and hope I don't have to but would recommend it since I don't have luck with printers before warranty runs out.

I hoked this up and never had a problem with . I am thinking about getting another one for my radio room .

I contemplated between so many printers, this ones the best. no trouble, easy replacing of ink. not heavy.

I first purchased geek squad on a different pc, I have children who like to download needless to say I got some viruses a few times; it was great being able to bring it to have it cleaned.

My printer was not printing not all words printed issues with ink but because I bought extended warranty I got a new printer very happy

Got the geek squad replacement insurance for my college student printer. It’s was very affordable. Less than 10 dlls for 4 years.

I've not had any issue with the keyboard I got protection on but if I do being able to exchange it is worth the extra 10 bucks, its great to have that peace of mind.

Brought to ensure if anything failed, it was covered. So far, customer service has not been required, Got another year. Thanks.

The fact that I can bring another computer for a free check up was reason enough to say yes! I have a couple of laptops because of my work lifestyle so this was a total hook-up for me.

It's a must to have a replacement plan! Should anything go wrong, it will be replaced with a new one or one of your equal value.

Haven't used the Geek Squad protection yet, but well worth the money if I need it. You never know what may happen.
