It's a must to have a replacement plan! Should anything go wrong, it will be replaced with a new one or one of your equal value.

I haven't had to use it, but good to have. I've only had to use Geek Squad once as Best Buys quality is high and don't need to replace things.

Always a good idea to insure or prolong the life of your electronics. Best buy has always been great about honoring their insurance policies.
