Decent Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace an inkjet model where the ink ran dry constantly. Advertised this is a wireless printer and HP Customer Support says this is NOT wireless capable.

Incredibly poor experience with printer setup
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a tech savvy consumer, and when it came to unboxing and getting this HP Printer working, I had such a poor experience, I am seriously contemplating returning this back to the store. The printer doesn't support 5g wifi, so I followed the setup and switched to my 2g signal. Fair enough. Then came the blank pages being spit out, followed by "door not closed" message, followed by a reset, followed by a page printing but only 1/8 of the page, rest blank. Tried my desktop to hardwire it with the provided USB. Then came the fun. Fruitless, multiple attempts to get the printer to be recognized. Then finally I got the printer recognized, but then got "printer cannot connect", after that cleared, "out of paper" - as in fact a full stack of paper was in the printer. My Windows OS is up to date, I have a very capable, gaming desktop. What a complete fail from HP.

OK photo printer, terrible scanner, HORRIBLE serv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this printer for the ECO tank and because of the prior experience with another Epson printer. Started off great as a photo printer Scanner jammed three straight times and thought we may not have been using it properly. I just used it again and it scanned 3 of 4 documents. The worst part is when I contacted the Geek Squad, I sat there for 15 minutes with no response after giving my information and asking "Can you print?" when I am clearly having issues with the scanner!!!! Last but not least, I took in a printer for the $50 discount and the cashier did not know what she was doing and the person that was "helping" her was WORTHLESS. I ended up leaving the old printer and not getting the credit. PATHETIC!!!!!

Couldn’t even install and came used
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this online. First of all came used, the foam was broken, there was someone’s business card left in the box and greasy hand prints so it’s used and sold it as new! As for the scanner, I’m a tech guy so not a user where I need tech support to help me install anything. Anyways the IsB cable didn’t come with it, I had one so connected and it says computer not detected, Installed it wireless and the update gives errors messages so I couldn’t even get it to work. I was like ok there is your sign! Returning to the store!

Protect your stuff.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Protect your stuff. If you don't want to pay for quality items a second time, get the insurance. It has been no hassle when I've had to use it.

3780 does NOT fax from Apple Computers - verified
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My brother printer came damaged in the box. After MANY calls with Brother, they exchanged my printer. The fax machine works manually, but I found out after many more calls with Brother that they no longer support faxing from Apple computers - for at least the last 3 operating systems. Crazy that they don't state this in their sales literature and that it took multiple customer service calls before they figured this out. Disappointed.

A hot mess
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is a temperamental mess. After about 120 4x6 prints from the photo tray which worked well, the printer started glitching. It will print a batch of 15 from the photo tray and then no more. It will keep thinking it's out of paper. I must close down the software. Unplug the printer. Reseat the paper. Restart everything. Then, MAYBE it will print. Sometimes this must be done several times. I have a project that must be completed, and I'm struggling to get the last 10 prints done. This machine is a massive time waster. It is NOT dependable. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Disappointing G7020 Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Canon G7020 few weeks ago to replace my HP printer that lasted me for several years with no problems. I don't use it that often so I purchased a less expensive printer that turned out to be the Worst printer I ever owned. Works for a day or two, then an ERROR appears when I’m trying to do a simple print. The display doesn't tell you what type of error occurred just “ERROR”. Powering off and on does not resolve the problem, but pulling out the power cord usually does. The trouble-shooting program didn't help at all.

Printer is already broken
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer a year ago and used it only a few times and it’s already broken. Not sure how a printer that’s barely been used is broken. Don’t buy.

Nope...not for a teacher
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a teacher with zero access to cardstock and color ink, I bought this in hopes to save money from personal funds. I'm tech savvy and this printer is awful! No set up options from the printer and will NOT print cardstock from the cassette. The printing process is laborious. I have an HP Envy and grew tired of paying high costs for constant cartridges but it least it's a powerhouse that's very user friendly.

DO NOT BUY THIS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give a 0 star If I could. Printer was great but after few month of use it will stop connect to the wifi which makes it not able to print anything. Now it's just sitting there useless and bestbuy will not honor their warranty.

Do not buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the worst printer I've ever owned, even counting the ones I had in the 90s. Biggest piece of junk ever. Color printing is not even close to accurate and it can only scan one paper without jamming. Awful printer.
