I diffently feel this is worth the money on an expensive purchase. I used it once and it work out well in my situation.

Always get the protection plan for .my parents. Is so much easier for them to just bring in the product instead of having to ship it

bought this replacement plan without knowing if needed. turns out didnt, never would have, and really wasnt a value payoff. geek squad is great otherwise, pick replacement plans appropriate for electronic item bought is my advice next time. think it through. many other plans bought with purchase in past much more valuable.

It's a protection plan, nuff said. Just value if the plan is worth it.

Uncomfortable for the first month or so, but eventually got used to it. Gets the job done, and for the price, it is pretty nice.

When papers get jammed, you have no way of finding them the printer.

To be protected give me peace of mind for such a big ticket electronic item

Trying to get thru to the GEEK SQUAD thru the phone is very cumbersome and difficult!

No complains I never need it but at the end is and insurance

When we buy the warrenty it should cover accidental also. But no. People do drop things on accident and yet we get no break.

The print quality is good. But the ink didn't last long.

This is the worst printer ever made,if i dont want to continue with the subscription, i cant use my printer unless i buy ink from somewhere else,what kind of business is this,my printer is for personal use not business & if i want to use it at my discretion that shouldn't be a problem, ill never buy anything from this company again.

Since my product worked well never really had to use the product replacement service

hope never to use this option but it was cheap to add coverage for problems not covered by the Manufacturer's warranty

I bought this 4 year Geek Squad protection for a printer in July. I dad problems with the printer and returned it to Best Buy. They do not repair printers. I was refunded the current sale price for the printer which ends the Geek Squad protection. I paid for 4 years of Geek Swuad and only had the printer for less than 6 months. Rip off.

Expensive protection plan. Hope I don't need it but I sure payed for it

Just try to contact the Help Desk by phone or by walk in. No body home it seemed.
