    Completely worthless. All overseas call center. Wanted to charge $99 for a product visit on a $300 product. Would not let me take it in or swap it out.

    This item was returned within 4 months of having the printer. Not only was there no printer in stock but i had to pay $99.00 more for a different model and i just bought ink for the old model not to longer ago and don’t have my money back for my old ink. The warranty did not transfer over to the new item i had to pay more for the new Geek squad protection for the new item.

    The warranty and TV i purchased was good ,however I wish it wouldn't have to purchase a new one if it is still within my warranty time.

    I have had 3 of these printers. Something always goes wrong with the rollers. I always buy a warrenty. Thank goodness! Geek squad can never fix the printer.

    Waste of my money and time, weird support I received, I did neither could find the same printer in the store, nor do they give a solution. Either I need to pay more money or get something from Best Buy. Do not let me change the printer online. Customer cannot always get the latest gadget which can be exchaged

    All I can say is that I do not trust Geek Squad to set up anything I had 3 weeks of problems I would go through someone else before Geek Squad sorry That doesn't mean I would not stop buying from Best Buy

    Not worth it. $50 up front, $99 for geeksquad to come out and evaluate, then I still have to pack it up and ship it back.

    I'm only giving 2 stars b/c I actually never had to use it, so it was a waste. Kinda like car insurance, if u happen to need it for a major accident, you win! If you never use it, you loose...well, unless y have allstate

    pathetic experience by the in-store staff. they themselves don't know what the policies are and treat the customer very rudely

    Don't bother. For a 30 lb printer I have to take it in to avoid a service call charge. This Epson printer has a hardware problem and probably needs to be replaced. BUT it is only 6 weeks old and the mfg warranty takes precedence. I am beyond frustrated.

    When I bought these hard drives, the guy asked me if I wanted the extended protection. I said no thanks. I then got a phone call, and was dealing with the issues on the phone, while he was finalizing the transaction. It was partly my fault for not paying attention, but he still charged me for this service.

    A bit disappointing to find out these techs are not “certified” and wish they would change this so they can be more knowledge and do repairs in-house. This will Provide quicker turn around time for customers products.

    I haven't been able to use this Samsung refrigerator warranty. It's only good if the compressor goes bad. It doesn't cover the ice that forms or when the freezer gets so cold that you can't scoop the ice cream. Plus you have to call Samsung.

    If I could I would give this a zero. I bought my printer and it stopped working, when I took it in to get replaced I was told that the replacement product warranty did not cover my product yet i purchased a product replacement.

    Don’t buy. They’re liars. They said if they could not fix it then I’d get a gift card to purchase a new one. Total lie. They gave me a rebuilt that of course had problems.
