I love this printer. It was so easy to set up. I'm not computer savvy. It amazed me that I set it up so fast! Print quality is excellent. It is 100% better and quieter than the HP3520 that I replaced.

I have already had to replace the mouse twice with the warranty and it was great! I just came in and gave CS the old one and went and picked up the new one. All in one visit. Great!

The warranty is always great and Best Buy has always honored it. Never a problem when having it.

I have had the printer for 10 months. It works well. However, it is very bulky. Unless you need to print 11x14 pages, chose the smaller model. For ink, don't be fooled by buying the XL and XLL cartridges.

The availability was good even though we never found it necessary to seek any help.

I bought this to replace an HP printer that had cartridges for which I could no longer get replacements. I chose this printer for the tank refill feature. Unfortunately, the print quality is significantly lower than that of the old HP, and the price is significantly higher. I use my printer to print business cards for my home-based business, and the print quality is just not there. Disappointed.
