I have three boys and as tou can imagine they destroy everything even without meaning to. So this saves me from having to spend hundreds on broken merchandise when i can just walk in verify my purchase and boom i got a brand new one. You all need this to be added it will save you too.

Totally worth it for heavy daily use items which tend to die right around the end of the warranty. Best Buy let's you walk in and pick a replacement, easy peasy.

My last HP printer 'survived' over 4 years with no issues. Earlier years, however, were hit-or-miss on duration. I bought replacement plan to be safe: very inexpensive plan to purchase, good for two years. When my HPs have had problems in past, it was within 12-18 months....or never.

The Geek Squad is fantastic. If anything is wrong they can fix it or replace it if necessary.

Geek squad protection plan is a must. I wouldn't purchase anything without it if it is offered. More often than not, it will end up getting used. 100% recommend.

Geek squad came to my house to fix my tv under warranty they couldn't fix it so they gave me a voucher to get a new one or get refund instead i upgrade it i love their warranty

Have not needed it yet but nice knowing we have it if needed in case there are issues with the keyboard all we need to do is call and our questions would be answered or we can always bring it in for service if needed.

bought a new printer and got the two year replacement based on the sale price. It was no-brainer to spend the extra money. I usually don't bother to get the replacement product replacement since the price seems a bit high

This coverage is a must! Simply knowing that I have product replacement coverage through this Geek Squad offer is a very helpful service. I know, and am aware, that at any time I can contact Geek Squad and I will be able to replace all applicable product problems.

Warranty is for four years so we will await not needing to use this replacement warranty.

Geek Squad protection is always a must for me. Unfortunately some products don't seem to last these days and I feel a sense of security with this protection just in case. Good value with good terms for qualification.

I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty through Best Buy. Especially on a printer! I’ve only had to use their warranty a couple of times in life, and both instances worked out quite well!

They took care of me hassle free. My coffee maker stopped working and they worked to get me a new one quickly.

Although I have not had the need to use the Geek Squad services yet fir this product, I have utilized this option in the past which has saved me quite a bit of money instead of fully replacing an item.
