I love Bestbuy's 2yr GS protection for controller. I play fifa a lot. My left joystick becomes wobbly/unresponsive within a year. With this replacement placement I can get it replaced in store.

I love the Geek squad warranty because it is so easy. If you have a problem with your item simily give them your phone number and they will track your purchase and take care of you very quickly!

It is a great ideal to have an extra protection plan for your valuable products.

I purchased this protection plan for my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. Should anything happen to it, I'll receive a new controller under this protection plan. Definitely worth the price of the plan.

The peace of mind you get when buying this with an item is undeniable. I bought this for a printer that decided to stop working so I came in and they changed it out for a new one within 5 minutes.

Within 5 months, I've contacted Geek a squad for multiple issues. All of which they were able to help me either via the phone, instant messenger, or even taking control of my laptop remotely! They are extremely friendly and extremely helpful! Must get!

The process was quite long and tedious with trying to get my washing machine fixed. The communication between the vendor and the geek squad protection seemed to be a little lacking but that could’ve been partly the vendors fault.

Went in to replace a broken printer and received the most upmost and caring customer service. Bravo!

Not worth the hype it’s a decent vacuum but doesn’t do anything that the cheap ones can’t. It has a lot of bells and whistles but at the end of the day they really don’t add any benefit over a traditional vacuum. Only benefit is the attachments it comes with and the extra battery good thing they sent one as it doesn’t last long at all.

This service gives you a sense of comfort knowing that if the product you purchase fails will be repaired or replace without you having to worry about spending money to replace the failed product.

The best part for laptops and I recommend you to get it

Took a printer back after 15 months use, during corona virus curbside service. Left with a new replacement printer without ever leaving my car. The best service I've ever had, and I'm 80 years old. :)

I only purchase Canon printers because they never have given me any problems. Great for photo printing giving high quality products.I have not utilized Geek Squad for this item as yet.

I added the 2 year product replacement on a set of headphones, not once, but twice. Used it 2 times. The last time we used the credit and upgraded the head phones but still bought the 2 year replacement plan on those too! Good peace of mind.

Geek Squad has assisted me in several situations. Laptop, Google Home, TV's, refrigerator, etc. Very happy. Intend to use Best Buy for any needs due to customer service and Geek Squad service.

Great deal for the extended warranty usually 1 or 2 years and cost more
