Great value for the money. We live over an hour's drive from the nearest Best Buy so being able to get support online is a plus for us. The agents are knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

Have only needed to use it once. It was quick and painless and they did everything to correct the problem successfully.

We can do a lot of “fixes” at home. Having Geek Squad is my back-up pain reliever when my knowledge or available “fix it” time is not enough to resolve an issue. Best deal for the cost!

as a consumer, this is a great coverage to have, it actually benefits the consumer more than the retailers. why? because these devices only last about two years ( mostly less than two years) trust me on this one, get it by all means, you won't be sorry!!
