Always buy Geek Squad with my Tech purchases. Fortunately, didn’t have to use it yet. Good to know it’s there.

I truly appreciate bestbuy warranty program. If you have an issue that is covered. They replace it with no issues and in a timely manner.

I won’t go a day without it. The online help and the in store help is fantastic. The discounts for other things is an added bonuses.

I bought my Epson printer on a budget. I needed something quickly, and I like Epson products. The price was good, it scans and copies, quickly, and works off wifi for multiple devices (I haven't needed to use the fax capability yet). One downfall I've encountered is that it goes through ink rather quickly.

Punctual and great price for the service. I have used the geek squad when I needed assistance with my new washer. The gentleman was prompt and ppolite. My washer works great :)

I don't purchase the warranty for everything I purchase. Just items that more likely to fail in a few years. I have had to use the warranty a few times and Best Buy made it easy to replace the item.

The thing already broke once (within 30 days so it was replaced). These keyboard / cases are temperamental. Now it’s covered for 2 years. Peace of mind for 20 bucks!

I’m not normally the pay extra for a warranty you may not need kind of guy. Bought the Geek Squad protection and wound up needing it! Totally worth the extra money.

They arrived at the appointed time and did a excellent job of installing all the equipment, and explained how to use the may features.

Wow, only paid $10. My product however is still top notch. So I dont think I needed it. Hard part is hearing how I still have 3 more months to replace it.

Gave this as a gift to a family member, so far no complains about it.

Bestbuy has the best replacement plans and warranties. Get total tech support though

This item is just exactly as described. It is easy to use, and there are never any issues with it being implemented. I would not make a purchase without this.

The $5 this cost me turned out to be the best investment I've made in a long time. One of the keyboard feet broke and Best Buy replaced the keyboard on the spot at the store!

This is the best protection for printers. I have had not had luck with my printers. It has saved me lots of money.

Have not had to use this so far but it’s always great to have and have never had a problem when I’ve used others before.
