This is honestly so worth it!!! I never got to use on some products but then my printer just flat broke and I was able to get it replaced !!

My stated that it had a paper jammed. I checked all ways to fixed. Geek squad offered to check it out and if they can't fix it they will exchange it. Very reliable service.

I bought this because I wanted the protection and I had had one previous experience with Geek Squad and a product defect. They were right on it and the replacement took only a few minutes. You can count on this product.

Printer works well. Printer quality is excellent. Unfortunately, set-up can be painful, and you have to use the app to set it all up. It is not a simple plug & play.

This is a great service, but not without its frustrations. Some techies are not as good as others, and much depends and on getting the right person. As a user, one has to have time & patience for an online consultation, and also to realize that not every solution is going to be perfect. This being said, I will renew my contact when this one expires.
