    Which high end ticket items it's a must to go with the protection plan. I don't even know why they bother asking if I'm going to protect my investment.

    Without this, I would have needed to purchase a replacement. I love the service that I get. The only negative is that it takes a long time to get the repairs, done, but the quality of the repairs is good.
