I was really please with the service I received from the Geek Squad. They could not fix the printer but I walked away with a new printer

It really is worth buying the 2 year protection plan. Anything can happen in 2 years and this is a good insurance plan for those reasons.

Best Buy has one of the best programs for product protection. I would never leave this protection up to an extended manufacturer warranty. Best Buy has a way better value with the comfort of knowing you will have a working product for the life of the Replacement Plan

I previously owned a TV and purchased Geek Squad protection. Repaired with no problem when a component failed. Good insurance for costly items.

I have never had a problem with using this protection plan. I have found the staff to be very pleasant in checking my computer each year.

Happy they offer protection for my purchase especially if anything happens to my headset that I use for work I will be able to get a replacement.
