the head set is great and comfortable and is a blue tooth I am very happy with the sound

Purchased in 2020. Worked fairly good. Had intermittent problems but was able to maintain and fix. 2 years later printer will not stay connected to internet therefore am unable to get any new updates. Will not update through phone app as well. Good that I purchased the extra protection plan. Will be returning for this is not a good reliable printer.

So far I have not used this coverage, but peace of mind is a wonderful thing!
