on some items purchased this is a waste of money because you have to take it to the store then they send it to the manufacture and u have to go and pick it up. which you can do yourself with your warranty from the manufacture

Purchased with an inexpensive printer. Haven't needed to use it yet.

Have not had to use it so only selected 3 stars. Still have about 18 months to go. One of those things if you don't purchase you need it but if you purchased it you don't need it. Another way to gamble with your money.

Seems crazy to have purchase the same product each time I have to change printers due to failure of the printer and I only had the printer each time for less than 2 months

I had purchased this printer due to an employee telling me it would fit my Apple computer so I can print my homework but it was the wrong printer. Check it's compatible to your computer before purchasing it.

They were not able to put in simple terms the problems I was having with this headset . It was not entirely their fault because I am somewhat deficit in electronics knowledge.

This is great to have but its not super intuitive what all they cover. I wish there was more info up front about the value of having this and what all is offered

My entire order was $80 for the printer and the extended warranty. I am having a problem with the print of printing and they told me I had to pay a $100 for someone to come out to fix it. It's a total scam and rip-off. Why would I pay a $100 to fix a $50 printer? I can buy the 2 printers at that price. Disgusting.

Nothing bt problems with TV and Geek Squad. They kept it for little two weeks and gave it back tome with same problem. I took suggestion of the employee to buy another TV to use during the down time. They told me there wouldn't be a problem in returning it. They were partially right. I was able to return it but they charged me 20% restocking fee

Bought this to cover the head phones. Was told it covers everything even accidental breakage. Son sat on head Phones and broke the Head strap. Best Buy and Geek Squad both refused to repair or replace them.

I called when the TV broke, Geek squad sent a 3rd party contractor out to take a look. About a week later I received notice that they will be replacing the unit.

Agents have a different opinion on interpretation of the legalsplanin yet they are loyal to the company

This product replacement offered by Best Buy should prove useful given the fact the product I purchased will most likely be discontinued in the near future for reasons attributed to flaws in manufacturing

When getting the protection plan, its almost a gamble as to whether or not you will use it. As of today, I have never had to make a claim with geek squad so I am unfamiliar with the process.

So I got this to cover and iPad case and keyboard combo. And so worth it cuz I already used it to replace the keyboard when it stopped working after a few months

I kept having wireless issues.......contacting frequently to get the printer to not hsave printer errors.

I haven't used this one yet, but my past experiences have been difficult. That's pretty standard for these types of plans.

Its ok, it just eats up so much ink. I wish I got a different brand or even a laser printer. for the price, you get what you paid for.
