I purchased this warranty with an Epson printer simply because we’re in 2024 but printers haven't improved in reliability since 1998. About a year after, like I expected, my printer started going haywire so I brought it in for them to look at. Somewhat annoyingly, you need to make an appointment to have them look over your item before they’ll replace it, but it was quick and they replaced it with a brand new one! I’d definitely recommend this if you’re purchasing an expensive electronic item. You won’t miss the extra little bit of money on top of an already expensive purchase but you will certainly regret it if your item craps out on you after the manufacturer’s warranty expires!

Great to have. They fixed my washer the first call then have to give me a new one after my second call. All no extra charge. Without insurance I’d be holding my J forking out hundreds for a new washer

Fortunately we purchased the 4 year product replacement for an HP printer. The printer quit working. Best Buy simply gave us store credit to replace the printer. No hassle at all. Turned out to be a valuable purchase.

When I had an issue with my printer, unfortunately they couldn’t fix it, but the refund for the Geek Squad protection went smoothly. They also advised me on better printers for my specific needs which I appreciated.

I love the geek squad. Just make sure you call and make an appointment first because you may have to wait for a long time. If they are not busy no problem. It is not a waist of money because I have used the geek squad. I did have a computer that was 10 years old. Now I am updated with a new laptop computer. I made sure I still would be covered. I had to use this service once when I brought back a very expensive rug shampooer that had quit working 3 1/2 years after purchase. Best buy (Geek Squad) took it back without any problem and I receive my original payment plus taxes in FULL. You can't beat Best Buy for service to the customer.

Glad to have a warranty. Soon, I will have to utilize it because it is not printing in color like it suppose to. It will not print blue … Don’t really know how to rate but, I am confident Best Buy will help me. In the past, they have provided great customer service! That’s why I am giving Best Buy 5 Stars :)

I really like the staff at the store. From the manager down to the cashiers everyone is so nice and polite and helpful. They’re very knowledgeable as well.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a warranty, but here I am. Let me tell you, this thing is better than a bodyguard. I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet (don't ask) and thought it was done for. But thanks to this warranty, I was able to get it fixed for free. And when I say fixed, I mean it was like new. It was so good, I almost wanted to drop it in the toilet again just to see if they could fix it twice. But seriously, this warranty is a lifesaver. It's like having a superhero on speed dial. So if you're clumsy like me or just want some extra peace of mind, get this warranty. It's worth every penny. And who knows, maybe you'll even start dropping your phone on purpose just to test it out. Don't worry, I won't judge
