I always get the extended warranty for all my TVs and appliances from Bestbuy. I don't like the extended service of the manufacturer's. Bestbuy is just less of a headache.

Great printer and did 4 year warranty because any issues and it’ll be covered.

after being in the heat of the car, everything had to be reinstalled. it was an overnight fix and they also installed peripheral software. the Geeksquad took the time to teach me how to navigate my laptop too. No extra charge!

This is a lifesaver! I bought this when I bought my daughter an expensive camera. I don't have to worry as much knowing that we have coverage something happens to the camera.

Very useful plan. Just bring your broken item to the store and you can choose any replacement in proper price range or just get refunded in turns of store credits. Pretty worthy.

I have utilized the Greek Squad multiple times in past couple of years and the two year support is a great idea. There are some very nice benefits included - such as transferring pictures/data from one computer to another.

bought the 2 year warranty plan for $10 and with 3 month of having the item, a gaming mouse, it started to fall apart....I took it back to best buy showed them my warranty and was out the door in 5 minutes with no hassels and a new mouse!

Because of the value of the printer I was not going to invest in the protection but decided to because of the mechanical aspect of the product. Ended up being the right thing to do and the exchange process was painless.

I'm a big fan of protecting my investments. Most of the time the little I pay for a protection plan isn't needed but the few times I have needed it, I was thankful I bought it.

Haven't had to use them, but it's nice to know they're there if needed.

The Warranty from Best Buy is well worth it. If they cant fix your device they will simply let you exchange it for the same one or similar with no hassle. A lot better than paying full price for the device once again.

Good value in this day and age where products are having a limited life and quality and durability in many items just isn't there anymore.

I have not had to use the replacement plan at all(YET) but i have had BB's Replacement plans before and they have always been great. Geek Squad themselves are extremely knowledgable.

I buy replacement on all my electronic purchases, and if you ever have to use it, they are very good about replacing or repairing with no fuss. Worth every penny just for piece of mind.

I can tell you as a tech person I have never really purchased geek squad coverage, however as wives are she suggested a one plan. The device died (HDD) one month after. Prompt professional and very helpful, I would do it again..
