Never deal with a product manufacturer again on my BestBuy product. I just go back to BestBuy and done. No waiting for a manufacturer to disappoint me with their excuses.

service okay. I had to make an appointment which I guess allowed me to jump to the front of the line once they found out I was waiting for my appoint time which had passed already since the line was long. might be a better idea to have someone or a sign in sheet to allow them to look at so they know if someone with an appointment is waiting for them already instead of waiting in line behind people and missing the appointment time because they are waiting in line to get helped. other then that once you get someone they are pretty helpful. of course some techs are more helpful and knowledgeable then others so it's kind of the luck of the draw. I also don't like the fact that they want to keep your item for 6 days and expect you to live without it. they don't offer loners and not sure if they understand but if the item is used for your business that becomes a problem. over all I don't think I'll be buying this service anymore and if my product breaks I'll have to hope it's within the time frame I can return it so I can just get a new one or return it all together.

I have had tremendous success with replacement warranties from the Geek Squad. Always a roll of the dice so I tend to go longer or not at all.

I buy the 2yr Extended warranty on every purchase it has saved me so much money most manufactures give a 1yr warranty so after that your out of luck do yourself a favor and buy it.

I never purchase devices without an extended warranty. This warranty was purchased with the Logitech Trackball. I recommend the extended warranty for anything that is eligible for an extended warranty.

I usually do not purchase any warranties or replacement policies. However, I did for my MX Master mouse and I am thankful that I did. Best Buy's Geek Squad immediately replaced the mouse at the store and insured that it worked properly.

I do not know how you can write a review for something you have never seen or used. I really love it, it is so great, and I can't believe I lived this long without it.

I know that the product has a warranty but the geek squad protection makes it so convenient to exchange! I have used it once because the hinge came loose, and I was very glad that I wasn't out the money I paid for the product.

Whenever I buy headphones or other, easily breakable electronic devices, I always buy the extended warranty. Always. I've used it several times, and it is always very easy, with no hassles. I cannot recommend this enough.

I love the fact my HP printer is covered with a Best Buy warranty plan. My HP Printer will be replaced if anything goes wrong.
