I opted for a 2 year product replacement for my smart tv, based on my prior experiences with Geek Squad. So far I have had no trouble, but I know I can depend on Geek Squad if a problem should arise.

When purchasing an appliance from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

I purchased this by accident but after a set of computer speakers stopped working after 3 weeks it definitely paid for itself. I would recommend on expensive everyday items that get heavy use.

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

Always get a warranty regardless if I use it or not. Protection

Always good to get on certain products rather deal with best buy then apple tbh and just makes things easier good replacement options always got a new product in my case

Dont get any better then this.. if they can't fix it or not worth fixing you get a replacement. Plus reasonable priced.

Works great! We love that we don’t have to worry about cartridges anymore. Did a lot of printing on it for my wedding.

It's really easy to contact the geek squad service for any help like assisting me with my printer issues.

The Geek Squad is exceptional, they work with everyone with respect and patience. Well worth the money.

Have not had to use this service and hope that I don’t.
