I've been getting this service every time my kid gets a new headset. Agents are so helpful and either fix or replaces the device every time I take it.

I'd always recommend these kinds of purchases when buying headphones or controllers, as the cost to replace is far higher than the hassle of taking them back for a replacement.

I must stress please get the warranty for your items don’t risk that it breaks or malfunction and you need to buy a whole new products .

We bought a 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement for our son's printer. It's just a good feeling that if something would go wrong with this device, our son would get a replacement.

I buy this with nearly every set of headphones I buy. My kids are rough on theirs and on my shared pair, so it's worth the $10-$15 extra.

Things like this always sound like a scam but its a no brainer, this is definitely worth it especially when you come from a house hold with little ones that take anything that isn't nailed down

nice to know that if something were to fail there is help available to solve the issue, all products are performing as should so haven't had to use it, but thanks for being there

easfy set up, plug and play. great for small spaces. light and quet enough. great for the blind. you can hear the drive run, but it's not annoying. I got it for my husband who loves it.
