PLUS REFUNDS YOU PARTIALLY ON YOUR WARRANTY PRICE HAD YOU NOT USED THE FULL YEARS LEFT ON THAT WARRANTY. IM TELLING YOU, PURCHASING THIS WARRANTY IS A MUST ON ANY PURCHASE MADE THROUGH BESTBUY. THEY REPLACE IT WITH NEW, THAT SIMPLE. SAY YOU HAVE HAD UR PRODUCT 2YRS. IT GOES OUT!!! RETURN FOR SAME , OR GO AHEAD AND UPGRADE, ONLY PAYING THE DIFFERENCE. ITS A NO WINNER CHOICE. Learned that purchasing a warranty is a good investment because technology can fail prematurely.

I would suggest to anyone who is shopping in Best Buy, to purchase this coverage. I have had to put in a claim 2x, for different products, and Best Buy replaced with no issues. I have purchased this coverage at least 10x with 10 different products...Would recommend 100%..

Geek squad never fails. If I ever buy anything from Best Buy I always add the protection service. I’ve had to use them a few times and they always get things fixed or replaced fast. I never have problems dealing with them. I’m sure your products you never know, perfection 100% of the time on anything we buy is impossible. That’s why erasers were put on pencils.

Have yet to use but still great to have in case it needs to be used. So far I’ve only had to return one thing and they took care of it because they didn’t have a replacement so I was able to get a refund instead.
