I had it for two years and the range of motion went out on it. Could not fix it, so I bought one from BestBuy and bought the 4 year extended warranty with it. But that is why I gave it four stars. It is rthe best pan, tilt,night vision solar powered camera out there hands down. Hope this review is helpful

It was a simple process, I just took my litter robot 3 in and they refunded me the money and protection plan through geek squad, and I was able to buy another litter robot 4 with another geek squad protection plan, and it will be delivered to my house in a few days. Plus everyone was so nice when I came in, a fast process and wonderful customer service!
