Definitely great to have but it doesnt cover TV screen damage which is not good.

You should NEVER buy a product from bestbuy without buying the protection plan. IT IS A MUST.

Geek squad is the way to go! Put your mind at ease for claims, tech support, and warranty help!

The "replacement warranty" allows me to replace the item, for any reason, at the end of the 2-year time frame.... which means I can always have the latest electronic device available, along with the added protection time. The key is to mark your calendar or set a notice in your phone ahead of time for that deadline date.

2nd Blink doorbell. the current blink doorbell delivered on 06/20/2024 and quit working . No idea why? doubt i'll ever buy Blink again. Luckily i bought replacement plan to get a new one.

I had an issue with some security cameras I purchased. I took them in to Bestbuy and I had purchased the additional Geek Squad protection plan. The associate at the return desk immediately got the replacement process started. Offered me a full store credit to go and get replacement products, upgrade, or whatever. The process was painless and for someone who usually turns down the protection plan...I was extremely grateful I had it. Unless the process changes and I get hassled at some point I have continued to buy it. I highly recommend the protection plan and it's worth the peace of mind.

It is nice to have the added peace of mind, being electronics are expensive and don't always last like they used to. It's one of those things you hope to never have to use, but it's good to know it's there. The rare occasions I've had to use it, they were very easy to work with.

They fixed what I needed to get fixed. Tjey aslo contacted me when my item was fix. They explain everything you need to know.

Best Buy has the best employees to help there customers for either replacing and item or returning one. They will make sure the customer is really happy when they leave there store. When the employees are working with the customers they also like to help them with a new item if that is there choice or make a suggestion on some new items that just came in that they might want to check out and see if that is something that they might be interested in .

Its good but my away blinking light's and sometimes it does not detect my cat away goes to the red light blinking, its ok but I have to get my hands dirty!

Great service with using geek squad protection they always work well

Excellent service depending on item purchased. Usually they return and refund or exchange. If return and refund, you loose protection price or sometimes prorated depending on the customer service. And most of the time, they are not going to fix broken item and that is horrible. If item is not available for exchange, you just get the return and loose the item. I would recommend the protection plan for the expensive items only.

Would give it ten stars, bought smart bulbs and they kept losing the smart part. Returned bulbs got full refund. Definitely get geek squad protection.
