I was worried that there would not be a long enough warranty but 4 years is perfect for this product and I have enough confidence that the gentleman who installed it did it correctly.

Haven’t had to use this yet, thank goodness! Have used the Gerk Squad in the past, which is why I purchased this coverage. Squad members are invariably knowledgeable, reliable and polite. As we all know, people tend to get a little touchy when their their electronics have shall we say a hiccup, that we don’t understand.

Great product, make sure to buy during a sale. They will retail for around 105 at the lowest. The previous gen models are not worth it compared to what you get with these.

I love that they have warranty on their products extended from factory warranty I have used the warranty before and received a replacement and or refund for my electronics products

I always recommend the protection plan. Though most items BB sells are of good quality, it doesn't mean that something weird won't happen or, if its a handheld item, someone won't accidentally drop the good quality item. If you don't want to buy another one in 2 years, its worth getting the plan now.

I have this for 2years and it’s great! Never have a ploblem. Works great. And let the shred food like chicken or anything so nice and the same size.

No matter what I buy at Best Buy I always purchase the Protection Plan. It has paid off. Some items I may never have to utilize the Plan but I have had several TV's, a refrigerator, Tech Items, an Apple Computer and an HP Computer that I have used the plan for and it was well worth the money. They replaced all items that went bad!
