Used this to replace damaged camera system and were able to upgrade with a better one with this service

The Geek squad technicians were professional. The mounted my new tv and walked me through the whole process by explaining what they were doing to calibrate it.

I pretty much buy all my electronics at Best Buy and I always get the protection plans. I’ve had to use some of them over the years and have always been happy with the service I get.

Nothing much to say. It is a protection plan, could come in handy could not. Depending on what you buy it could be worth it to get

I bought the TV at BestBuy wonderful TV wonderful service. They delivered the TV mounted on my wall. Never had a problem very nice Guys, the Geek Squad insurance very good.

It was the best so sad they didn't go all the way in .

As much as I shop at Best Buy I have never had the need to used the Geek squad until this recent purchase. The two members of the Geek Squad that I had the pleasure of meeting were very organized, polite and knowledgeable! They wasted no time in getting the job done.

I recommend always getting the geek squad protection plan on larger purchases. I have never had an issue getting something serviced or replaced. It’s definitely worth the money.

I have not use the geek squad yet! That’s a good thing! It means I haven’t had any issues. But it gives me peace of mind to know they’re there when I need them.

Easy exchange process…so far so good looking forward to using with my other Ring products

Geek Squad was very helpful, professional and quick to assist us. I always obtain Product Replacement on all items bought, in case of defect. Geek Squad always helpful.

The older gentleman was nice and professional. The younger gentleman seemed a little standoffish and didn’t know how to fix the remote control.

I brought this warranty for my grandmothers alexa device. It is worth the time and penny to cover your devices. My grandmother is up in age and she has greatgrandchildren great grandstepchildren, and great grand nieces and nephews. Lol. Its no telling what alexa will go through.

Have it for a while and still works great! Awesome purchase!!
