Geek squad is a must! It’s very helpful because sometimes you don’t have to replace an item. It just needs a simple fix and that’s what geek squad is all about.

As much as I shop at Best Buy I have never had the need to used the Geek squad until this recent purchase. The two members of the Geek Squad that I had the pleasure of meeting were very organized, polite and knowledgeable! They wasted no time in getting the job done.

So far have not had to use this service. They are good at answering questions in the store

I have not use the geek squad yet! That’s a good thing! It means I haven’t had any issues. But it gives me peace of mind to know they’re there when I need them.

I brought this warranty for my grandmothers alexa device. It is worth the time and penny to cover your devices. My grandmother is up in age and she has greatgrandchildren great grandstepchildren, and great grand nieces and nephews. Lol. Its no telling what alexa will go through.

I always add a protection plan with all my purchases just to be on the safe side, even though best buy sells quality products, I've had some situations were some item came defective from the manufacturer and Geek squad always took care of any issues. It's a must have.
