Who doesnt want insurance in anything thats a electronic its well worth it 4 years esp and then i can replace them if item burns and not worry about spending another 65$ on lights

I love my Alexa but the only thing is that the screen is very sentivi it chip pretty fast if your gonna get it I recomend getting a screen protector

The tec support on phone can never help. all ways end up having to go to store for tec help. It would be nice also if they didn't charge $175 an hour For home visit. That's way to high
