I love all things best buy, what makes it better is the price point and quality of the protection plan

When purchasing an expensive or electronic item from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

I like the service that I get each time I need if I had a problem with any of my electronic devices, even if it comes down to answer questions, I renew my subscription each year because of there job well done,thanks

Accidents happen and its nice to know a little investment in insurance can save you later. Its peace of mind.

My advice is, why buy a new item and not get coverage for it. It has paid off in the past and depending on the product, which is more, the protection plan or a new product? Small investment for great value.

I always try to purchase the protection plan to be on the safe side. I think the plan is necessary for this product.

This type of insurance and protection to have for appliances and electronics.

I am hoping to never have to use this product but I am glad that Best Buy stands behind my purchases. I appreciate not having to repurchase an item when it does not function properly. The coverage is added security.

Just incase something happens to your item from issues of it not working or battery degrading: it has you covered.

I bought the geek squad warranty because it will replace the items if something happens to it or if they no longer works. Also the price was very reasonable and affordable very satisfied with the purchase.

Nice warranty for a great price. Bought online so was a little confusing how to tell the person I gifted it to there was an extended warranty. Seems easier to get a gift receipt when shopping in person versus online.

Glad I bought this! My Alexa just pooed after 4 months. No issues here. Geek Squad replaced it right away. Yes, I recommend purchasing for major items.

I’ve taken advantage of geek squad replacement guarantees before, and I find them pretty valuable! Would be surprised if this ring doorbell lasted for years so that’s why I bought the geek squad coverage.

I wish the protection plan was a lot better when your product craps out you have to physically trade it in and buy a new product I think that method sucks and they need Ed to create a better system with that

This is well worth the money. We had a lightning strike close to the house that blew out my alarm and surveillance system. Both were covered. I got a second extended with the new system for four more years.
