Its a great device and idea, it Comes in handy for my grandmother because you don't have to pick out the window every 215 minute starting at 2 o'clocklol

i have not used my protection plan, but why would you buy an item without it? everything i buy from best buy is always purchased with a protection plan

Must have for Vacuum cleaner no matter which brand. Dyson V6 just stopped charging, BestBuy gave credit which I applied to V7 but exchanged + difference for V10.
