just purchase the devise, did not use their services yet. however, whenever i used them they are usually efficient and patient in assisting with the issues.

85in TV was mounted safely and correctly and I have no qualms.

All I can say is always get the protection plan from geek squad it’s always worth it in case something happens you don’t have to pay out of pocket

When you buy any devise, ya better get the warranty with it. Ya will pay alot less than replace or fix it, if something happens to it.

It's always nice to have Warranties and not need them, then need it and don't have it! I do this for All of my stuff that requires Warranties!
